The Independent Office for the Protection of the Rights of Recipients of Health Services

operates in accordance with the provision of article 60 of law 4368/2016 and ministerial decision no. A3d/GP Είκ.10976/2017 (Government Gazette 662/Β/02.03.2017), as in force, reports to the Vice President and is responsible for reception, information on in-hospital procedures and the rights of recipients of health services, monitoring the movement of the recipient within the Hospital or in its outpatient service, administrative support, collection and processing of complaints and grievances, facilitating the submission of reports to the Ombudsman, the National Human Rights and Bioethics Committees, the Rights Committees at the Ministry of Health and other competent supervisory authorities.
