The Blood Donation Department is located on the first basement floor of the Hospital, between the Laboratories and the Department of Physical Medicine.
The Blood Donation Department has the following facilities::
- External reception-waiting room for blood donors
- Blood donor toilets
- Rest area (cofee room)
- Blood collection and resuscitation room
- Blood Units and Blood Products Office
- Headmistress’ Office
- Blood Group and Compatibility Laboratory
- Blood refrigerators
- Serological Testing Laboratories
- Derivatives Laboratory
- Director’s Office
- Doctors’ Office
- Antibody Refrigerator
Blood Donation Hours:
Daily: 09.00 – 14.00 και 17.00 – 19.30
Saturday: 09.00 – 14.00
The Mobile Blood Collection Unit is located in the area of the Pedestrian Street (Georgiou Theotokis), according to the excursion program.
